1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

I realized that I wasnt happy with the body I had since I slowly kept gaining weight year after year and my physical condition was deteriorating. So I decided to completely change my lifestyle for a healthier one that included being more active and better eating habits. I tried joining a local gym a few times in the past but I would get bored and discouraged easily and I was kinda clueless about what to do. Here is when i came across the Quickbody bootcamp where I found great physical and nutritional guidance and motivation to keep going to achieve my goals.

2. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

The results i have achieved after 3 months within the program are a noticeable increase of energy and a better physical state. I dropped 24lbs and 5% of body fat and a drop in clothing size from 10 to 6. Also i learned healthier eating habits and discipline within myself.

3. What do you like best about the QuickBody Program?

I like the various workouts and activities while enjoying the company of a motivational group of people with similar goals as mine.
I like the guidance and encouragement received by the trainer while having fun in every class.
I enjoy the difficulty of the exercises that were not too extreme but difficult enough to push myself to get an excellent workout.

4. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining the program?

I would encourage them to give it a try and surely they wont be disappointed. The program is well designed to put every aspect of losing weight in order to achieve good results.

1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
Generally sluggishness – wanted to get some energy back. Didn’t like the way my clothes were (not) fitting.Also, after having my skiing accident I was very heistatnt with doing anything physical again but in the end that was just holding me back so I knew I needed a change.

2. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

I have dropped from 189lbs to 165lbs and 14.5″ of fat off my body (more than 20lbs of pure fat in total!) – more importantly – to date, have kept it off. Key learning’s for me are the 80% full and I have a 10 hour window in which I eat.

2. What do you like best about the QuickBody Program?

What I like about coming to the workouts is the variety. The program is so varied – and the time seems to fly by. The results really did come too. But you have to want to do it – and you have to keep at it. It would be easy to miss a boot camp or two – but you pay for it in the long run and then get demotivated.

3. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining the program?

Jump. Stop procrastinating – and do it. You will feel so much better!
